The wishlist_update_source represents the location in the app where the wishlist update occurred.
The enum values include:
collection: When a user updates their wishlist from a collection
wishlist_swipe: When a user updates their wishlist by swiping left on the item and interacts with the edit/delete icons
cart: When a user updates their wishlist from their shopping cart
image_search: When the user adds an item to their wishlist from image search
product: When a user updates their wishlist from a product page
wishlist_home: When a user updates their wishlist from the wishlist home
search_plp: The text-based search results Product Listing Page
wishlist_settings: When a user updates their wishlist from the individual wishlist's settings
