The custom_block_interaction_types represents the action that was taken when a user interacted with a custom block.
The enum values include:
add_to_cart: When a user adds an item to their cart via a custom block
product_viewed: When a user views a product via a custom block
collection_viewed: When a user views a collection via a custom block
